What you’ll need
A reliable internet connection, microphone, a quiet place and a device suitable for a video call. We agree the video-call arrangements, schedule and time zone by email; no separate paid video-call subscription is required.
Personal learning use
Save and print the materials for your own study. Resale and redistribution are not included. Progress depends on your starting point and practice; no fixed language level or exam result is guaranteed.

Delivery & support
You receive an email within 24 hours of successful payment to agree lesson dates and the video-call arrangements. The purchased number of lessons is delivered on that agreed schedule. Unused lessons do not automatically expire.
You can cancel within 14 days, subject to lawful deductions for expressly requested lessons already supplied. Unused lessons are also refundable after that period.
