A few practical answers about French, German and learning with Iryna.
Can I study French or German?
Yes. The catalogue has separate French and German routes. Start with the free bilingual lesson if you would like to explore both before choosing.
Do I need to know my level?
No. The free practice is designed for first steps and is not a placement test. For individual lessons, your starting point and goals should be discussed before a programme is agreed.
Are the lessons online?
The individual programmes use live online lessons. The schedule, time zone and video-call arrangements are agreed by email. A computer, internet connection and a quiet place are needed.
What is the difference between a workbook and private lessons?
Workbooks are independent PDF practice materials. Private lesson programmes include the number of live sessions described on their own pages. Do not assume a workbook includes teacher feedback or live lessons.
How do payment and delivery work?
Pay once through the programme’s Stripe checkout. PDF orders are sent manually to your checkout email within 24 hours of successful payment. For private lessons, Iryna emails you within 24 hours to agree your schedule and video-call arrangements. Contact Iryna before paying if you need particular lesson times. Applicable tax is shown in checkout before payment.
Can I cancel or ask for a refund?
Digital purchases have a 14-day refund period, including after delivery. You may cancel a lesson programme within 14 days; any early lessons must be expressly agreed. Unused lessons can also be refunded after that period. Full details and the cancellation form are in the Refund and Lesson cancellation policies.

How do I access the free guide?
Open the free lesson page and select Download the free PDF. No account, payment card or email address is required.
Will a programme guarantee a language level?
No. Progress depends on your starting point, practice and attendance. No exam result, certificate or fixed-time proficiency outcome is promised.
