How to place an order

Choose a programme and review its contents, delivery and refund terms. Its payment button opens the corresponding Stripe checkout in the same tab. Check the item, amount and email, then confirm payment in Stripe. You can return without purchasing.

Price and payment

Prices are in USD. Applicable tax, if any, is shown in Stripe before payment. Your bank may apply currency-conversion charges. These are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. Available payment methods are displayed by Stripe for your device and location. Card details are entered on Stripe’s website.

Your statement descriptor is IRYNA SHEPTYTSKA. Stripe displays the business website as http://deuxsprachen.com. Your bank may abbreviate the descriptor.

PDF delivery

Paid PDF materials are sent manually to your checkout email within 24 hours of successful payment. No shipping charge, physical delivery, account or subscription is required. Save the files for personal study. We include your order confirmation and purchase terms with the email.

Arranging private lessons

Iryna emails you within 24 hours of successful payment to agree lesson times, time zone and video-call arrangements. Contact her before buying if you require specific times. If suitable availability cannot be agreed, unused lessons are refundable.

If something is missing

Check your spam folder, then contact Iryna with the programme and order reference. Do not pay a second time just because an email has not arrived. The free First Words guide is available immediately from its download button.
