The seller Iryna Sheptytska, trading as Deuxsprachen. 36 Pintail Avenue, Bradford, BD6 3XX, United Kingdom. Email: sheptytskairyna@outlook.com. Telephone: +44 7348 451169. Website: https://deuxsprachen.com. Your purchase Each programme page sets out its language, level, format, price and included materials or lessons. A workbook purchase does not include live teaching unless stated. A lesson programme includes the stated number of 50-minute sessions and supporting tasks. These are individual purchases, with no subscription or automatic renewal. The materials and website are in English with French or German examples. Ordering and payment Read the programme and these terms, then use its payment button to open Stripe checkout. Check the item, amount, email and billing details before pressing Pay in Stripe. You can return to the website without buying. Prices are in USD. Applicable tax, if any, is shown in Stripe before payment. Your bank may apply currency-conversion charges. Payment card details are handled by Stripe. We confirm the order and provide a copy of the purchase terms by email. The bank statement descriptor is IRYNA SHEPTYTSKA; your bank may shorten it. Delivery and access PDF orders are sent manually to the email used at checkout within 24 hours of successful payment. For private lessons, Iryna emails you within 24 hours to agree the schedule and video-call arrangements. There is no shipping charge and no physical parcel. Save the PDFs to your device; there is no subscription access period. A PDF reader is required and printing is optional. If delivery has not arrived after 24 hours, check spam and contact us with your order reference. We will resend the files or resolve the order under the refund policy. Individual lessons Before buying, contact us if you require particular dates or times. We agree lesson times, time zone and video-call arrangements by email. The 24-hour commitment is for arranging the programme, not completing the lessons. If we cannot agree suitable availability, you may request a refund of all unused lessons. There is no automatic expiry of unused lessons. Internet access, a microphone and a suitable device are required; no separate paid video-call subscription is required. Personal-use licence You may save and print the supplied PDFs for your own learning. Do not resell them, publish copies, remove attribution or share them as your own product. Ownership of the teaching materials remains with their rights holders. If a purchase is refunded, stop using and delete its paid materials. Cancellation, refunds and quality The Refund policy and Lesson cancellation policy form part of these terms. They explain the 14-day cancellation period, digital refunds, unused lessons and how to contact us. We do not guarantee a particular language level, examination result, qualification, job or admission. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Questions and disputes Contact sheptytskairyna@outlook.com about a problem and include enough information to identify your order. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing mandatory protections or court rights available to consumers in their country of residence. You can save or print these terms and the related policies using the download on this page. ---------------------------------------- PRIVACY NOTICE How information is used when you browse, enquire, buy a resource or take a lesson. Who is responsible Iryna Sheptytska is the controller for personal information used to provide Deuxsprachen teaching and support. Iryna Sheptytska, trading as Deuxsprachen. 36 Pintail Avenue, Bradford, BD6 3XX, United Kingdom. Email: sheptytskairyna@outlook.com. Telephone: +44 7348 451169. Website: https://deuxsprachen.com. Information we use We use contact details you provide in email, your learning goals, agreed availability, correspondence and relevant lesson notes. For purchases we receive order information from Stripe, such as the product, amount, purchaser email, billing details needed for records, payment status and transaction reference. Stripe collects payment information directly; this website has no card-entry form and we do not receive your full card number or security code. Hosting services may process IP addresses, request times, browser information and security logs. Why we use it Enquiries, scheduling, order delivery and teaching are processed to take steps at your request or perform our contract. Transaction records needed for tax and accounting are kept to meet legal obligations. Basic site security, prevention of misuse and handling complaints rely on our legitimate interests, balanced against your rights. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising profiles. There is no automated decision-making that determines access to teaching. Enquiry drafts and practice The optional enquiry builder keeps typed text in the current page. Open email places it in your chosen email application; it is only sent if you send the message there. Copy enquiry uses your device clipboard. Quiz answers and language choices remain in page memory and reset on reload. No account or sign-up is needed for free practice. Optional pronunciation uses your browser or device speech service, which may process the selected phrase under its own terms. Who receives information Relevant information is handled by our hosting provider, Microsoft Outlook for email, Stripe for payment processing, and the video-call provider agreed for a lesson. Advisers or authorities may receive records where necessary for accounting, a legal obligation or a dispute. Only information needed for those purposes is used. Provider links below explain their own processing. Source-photo links lead to independent websites. International processing Service providers may process information outside the UK. Where restricted transfers require safeguards, applicable adequacy arrangements or approved contractual safeguards must apply. You can ask us for information about the relevant provider and transfer arrangements. Retention We normally delete unsuccessful enquiry correspondence within 12 months of the last contact. Learning notes are kept during the programme and for up to two years after the last lesson. Necessary purchase and accounting records are kept for up to six years, or longer when a specific legal obligation or unresolved claim requires it. Technical logs follow the hosting provider’s security retention arrangements. Information is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed. Cookies and tracking The website itself uses no analytics, advertising cookies, tracking pixels or persistent browser storage. Fonts and photographs are hosted locally. Stripe checkout is a separate website and may use its own essential payment, security and preference technologies under Stripe’s privacy and cookie notices. Your rights You can ask sheptytskairyna@outlook.com for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy where the right applies. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Some records must be retained for legal reasons. We normally respond within one month and explain any lawful extension. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/ or your local data protection authority. Practical choices Do not send identity documents or card details through email or the enquiry builder. Teaching offers are intended for adults. Lessons are not recorded by default; any recording would require a separate clear agreement. Contact us if information has been sent by mistake or if your circumstances require a different arrangement. Contact for refunds Contact sheptytskairyna@outlook.com, call +44 7348 451169, or write to Iryna Sheptytska, 36 Pintail Avenue, Bradford, BD6 3XX, United Kingdom. Include your name, purchase email, programme name and order reference if available. Any clear statement that you wish to cancel is sufficient; the downloadable cancellation form is optional. Do not email card details. Digital workbooks: 14-day refund period You may cancel a digital workbook purchase within 14 days after the contract is made and receive a full refund, including if we have already emailed the files. We do not ask you to waive that right to receive a PDF within 24 hours. After a refund, delete the paid files and any copies. This change-of-mind policy does not limit remedies for faulty or misdescribed content. Individual programmes: first 14 days You may cancel within 14 days after the contract is made without giving a reason. If no lessons have taken place, we refund the full programme price. Lessons during that period start only after your express request by email. If you then cancel, a proportionate amount may be retained only for lessons already supplied where the legal conditions for that charge are met. Otherwise the full refund remains due. Unused lessons after 14 days You can end a programme and request a refund for its unused lessons. The unused amount is calculated using the programme price divided by its total lesson count, multiplied by the unused sessions, with the corresponding tax adjustment where applicable. There is no extra cancellation fee. A lesson missed or moved is handled under the Lesson cancellation policy, not automatically treated as delivered. Delivery failures, errors and duplicates If a PDF is missing, unreadable or not as described, contact us so we can resend, correct or replace it promptly. Where the issue cannot be resolved, we provide the appropriate refund or price reduction. Report accidental duplicate payments with both order references so we can verify and refund the duplicate. If we cannot provide the purchased lessons or agree suitable availability, unused lessons are refundable. How refunds are made Refunds are made through Stripe to the original payment method, with no refund administration fee. Cancellation refunds are issued without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed of the cancellation; any applicable statutory deadline takes priority. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the credit. We will confirm the refund by email. Consumer rights Your statutory rights for services performed with reasonable care and skill, and digital content of satisfactory quality that matches its description, are unaffected. Mandatory protections in your country may give you additional rights. ---------------------------------------- LESSON CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING Flexible arrangements, agreed clearly by email. Agreeing your schedule After successful payment, Iryna contacts you within 24 hours using your checkout email. Dates, times, time zone and video-call arrangements are agreed by email. Contact sheptytskairyna@outlook.com before payment if your availability is limited. Buying a programme alone does not reserve a particular time. Moving a lesson Email as soon as you know a time no longer works, preferably at least 24 hours before the lesson. We will agree another available time. There is no rescheduling fee and unused lessons do not automatically expire. Late changes and missed lessons For less than 24 hours’ notice, illness, technical difficulties or a missed session, contact us promptly so we can agree how to continue. A missed session is not automatically deducted from your balance and no automatic penalty is charged. The written arrangement for that session will be confirmed by email. If Iryna cancels You can choose a replacement time or a refund for the affected undelivered session. If the programme cannot continue, you may request a refund for all unused lessons. Ending the programme You do not need to continue a programme that no longer fits. The Refund policy explains cancellation within 14 days, expressly requested early lessons and refunds for unused sessions after that period. Contact us with the programme and purchase email; the optional cancellation form is available on the Refund page. ---------------------------------------- LEARNING MATERIALS & QUALITY Practical examples, clear scope and a direct route for feedback. What each offer includes Programme pages specify the language, intended level, format, lesson count or PDF contents. The free First Words guide and exercises offer a sample before purchase. Self-study workbooks do not include individual tuition unless expressly stated. Using the material Read the example, try the task and compare it with the supplied answer. For individual lessons, bring questions and your own examples to the agreed session. Learning progress depends on your starting point, practice and attendance; no fixed result or accreditation is promised. Corrections and access problems Report an unclear example, suspected error or unreadable file to sheptytskairyna@outlook.com. Include the programme, page or exercise number and a short explanation. We will review it, explain or correct the material as appropriate, and address delivery or quality issues under the Refund policy. Learning support Individual programmes include the supporting notes and tasks listed on their pages. Administrative and delivery support is available using the Contact page. Browser pronunciation is an optional device feature and may sound different across devices; written practice remains available without it. Honest presentation Photographic teaching scenes are identified as illustrative on the Image credits page. Real city photographs are context, not evidence of teaching premises, qualifications or learner endorsements. No course promises a certificate, examination result or a language level within a fixed time.
